And someone has to follow Reo..

So here we go, a second post. Following Rhian around the net appears to be something I do well, since she has previously managed to get me into fanfiction, fireemblemworld and msn. Yay for her and her promises of cookies.

This is Eliza, currently using the nickname "LizieVamp", again, I blame that on Rhian. I'm currently studying Art Education and Design at the College of Fine Arts in the city, meaning that three days a week I get to travel into Paddington to learn about teaching art to kids who don't want to learn it and figuring out tricksy little things on Photoshop and Illustrator. Don't get exams though which is a plus. I'm keeping up the drawing and the reading outside of uni, I update my art profile page pretty often and you can find that at http://shatteredswords.deviantart.com/ if you're interested.

I am also currently absorbed in the final (so far) season of Skins. It's pretty f**ked up stuff, a father just threatened to burn his son's face off. But we love that show anyway. Even if random possibly dead bodies show up from time to time. Looking forward to holidays after this semester finally ends. Next week I start an eight day teaching prac at Cherrybrook Public School and after that I get two weeks off and a chance to breathe.

That's all folks. Be interested to see who turns up here next, feel free to post and what have you and let's all try to move beyond facebook/twitter updates like:

Eliza Kinchington is creating space to draw rocks.

Someone has to start...

I won't lie. I partly started this on boredom. But some of the greatest inventions come from pure laziness and mishaps... Like sandwiches. Or lamingtons. Other assorted foods. I'll shut up on that now.

If you can't tell who this is, it's Rhian. I'm at Macquarie, doing Environmental Science, and so far enjoying it. I bitch about every course I do, but that's one of the great joys of university.

Eliza just sent me a link to the third season of Skins, which is currently making studying geophysics harder than it already is. I have that exam on Tuesday and I'm dreading the thought. I'm still trying to figure out what Fourier analysis actually is, even though it's at the start of the textbook, and I've read the explanation about five times.

I know this whole thing is barely coherent, but I'm just hoping the is a good ice breaker. Become an author and post too. It's pointless if it's just me here!
